Designed for use with the Hybrex
G2 and GDS digital systems, the CT Star CTI software package contains multiple
applications. The most important and advanced feature of CT Star is that
the design of every application is Internet based. This means with the server/client
structure of CT Star you can access your data from anywhere with an internet
connection.
The applications contained within CT Star are:
- System Manager (SM): Complete control
for installers and technicians over the core programming and setup of
Hybrex digital systems. SM via download/upload of program parameters
allows remote programming if required.
- Access Manager (AM): Used in conjunction
with Hybrex ACP telephones, Access Manager allows you to control entry/exit
security, log employee movement for time sheets and more.
- Contact Manager (CM): Direct CTI component
of CT Star; used in conjunction with Telephone Manager, Contact Manager
provides complete personal and system wide management of your business
contacts.
- Telephone Manager (TM): Another direct
CTI component of CT Star, Telephone Manager partners your own computer
with your Hybrex digital system. Make, receive, and control your telephone
traffic from your computer keyboard, use your handset in parallel, log
missed calls and more.
- Call Accounting System (CAS): Provides
monitoring, recording, analysis, and costing of all aspects of traffic
through your Hybrex G2 or GDS system.
With Hybrex CT Star the feature rich nature of Hybrex digital technology is maximised.
System requirements: Current series PC network.
Server minimum : 500MHz uP, 100MB HD, 256M RAM, running Microsoft Windows
2000 Pro or XP Pro.
